Payment & cashless

How does the cashless bracelet work ?

The cashless wristband is a contactless payment system for use at all points of sale (food, drinks, lockers, merchandise). Just scan your bracelet to pay.

With an online account, you can :

  • Check your balance and transaction history
  • Transfer credit between wristbands
  • Top up quickly with your bank card
  • Block your chip if lost/stolen and request a new one
  • Request a refund for remaining balance after your visit

Creating an online account is optional and can be done at any time. Without an account, you can obtain and top up your cashless wristband directly on-site at reception using dedicated terminals.

If you haven't created an account, your wristband remains completely anonymous. Please note: in this case, the chip on your wristband cannot be blocked if it's lost or stolen, and you won't be able to request a refund of your unused balance at the end of your visit.

After collecting a wristband from the cashless bank, you can create your account by entering the 7-letter code on the back of the chip.

Credit your cashless bracelet

  • Via your online account : Creating an online account is optional and can be done at any time.
  • Via the Frenzy Water Park terminals : go to the cashless reception desk, pay the amount of your choice by banknote, credit card, or ANCV, and you will be given a cashless wristband credited with the same amount. To top up, repeat the process as many times as necessary!

Using the cashless bracelet

You can pay for your purchases at all Frenzy Water Park points of sale (restaurants, bars, merchandising, lockers). To do so, simply present the chip on your wristband, which is scanned at a payment terminal. The debit is immediate, and you are automatically notified of the remaining balance.

Possibility to check your available credit before any order.

Possibility of completing the transaction with another bracelet if there is not enough credit on yours, or of completing the payment by bank card, or restaurant card.

AFTER YOUR VISIT

Attention : Remember to keep your wristband chip after your visit! Each one has a unique 7-character code required to repay the remaining credit.

Loss or theft of the chip

If you have created an account on the Frenzy Water Park website, you can block your chip by visiting a cashless bank or from your account. Your balances are blocked immediately.

Request for refund of credit on the bracelet

After your visit, you can request a refund ONLY UNTIL 15 OCTOBER AT 11:59 PM (October 15 of the current year). After this date, you will lose your credit to Frenzy Palace, with no recourse possible. Log in to your account and check that your balance appears correctly. You can then request a refund and enter your bank details, which will be credited with the remaining balance. If you have not created an account, you will need to do so using the 7-character identifier on the back of the chip linked to your wristband (be sure to keep it safe!). Then, you will simply need to enter your bank details to be reimbursed for the remaining credits. The remaining balance on the wristband at the end of the day can be refunded via a form accessible using the flash code available in the park.

Refund conditions

You have until October 15 at 11:59 PM to request a refund.

After this, unused credit becomes the property of Frenzy Palace.

Refunds require a bank account (RIB).

No fees are applied to the refund.
